A Conversation with Graphic.ly CEO Micah Baldwin

March 29, 2010

Comic books have been around for quite sometime with the first U.S. comics appearing in the early 1930′s newspapers. Graphic.ly, a startup we previously covered, is looking to change the way we think about comics by offering an interactive online comic book experience. We recently caught up with Graphic.ly CEO, Micah Baldwin in this video conversation (above), and he shared some news with us. Since our conversation with Micah, Graphic.ly has also released its first comic book for sale, the title Wanted #2 for just $0.49. Additional titles are supposed to be this week, on April 1st.

This is a fantastic business idea. The audio was pretty low quality on the interview so unfortunately a lot of it was tough to follow, but their site / idea is excellent, and I'm happy to have learned about graphic.ly (signed up for the beta). Thanks for sharing.
