Whether you hate electronics shopping (guilty!) or are just super-crunched for time, Cazoodle’s recently launched local Shopping Search service can help you quickly find exactly what you are searching for at stores near you.  And you’ll be able to find the best price from more than 2,000 merchants.

Cazoodle provides real-time inventory information (somewhat reminiscent of Goodzer), allowing them to deliver spot-on accuracy right to your mobile phone. It’s really easy to use: Simply type in what you want to buy, either by category or across categories.  Cazoodle will filter your choices based on specs, and when you find a product, you can click on “Compare Prices” to find the best prices.  Numerous user and expert reviews are also available for viewing to help ensure you are getting a great product.

Champaign, IL-based Cazoodle specializes in building new search engines; the company uses technology that was developed at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign by Dr. Kevin Chang and his research team.
