Developers, Start Working Remotely Using an IDE From Startup Compilr

Working remotely is de rigueur nowadays, especially in the startup community.  We work from home, while on vacation, sitting at the airport, in coffee shops, between offsite meetings, etc.  Developers, however, have always been somewhat constrained by long local development environment setups.  Compilr has changed that.

Compilr is an online integrated development environment (IDE) that allows developers to code from a tablet or almost any computer anywhere in the world via any major web browser.  The service is currently available for Java, C#, VN.net, PHP, Ruby, C/C++; new languages are added as they develop and evolve.

Code is stored in the cloud, so you can easily access it anytime you need it, and a social network for developers was also included so you can network, collaborate, and share information.  For example, there are a bunch of public projects currently being hosted on Compilr that you can check out, including Communication and Sharing, Desktop Tools, and Games.
