Drippler is a web-based service that breaks through the noise in the world of consumer electronics. Instead of searching for the latest information on products and gadgets on your own, Drippler provides that information via real-time personalized updates – throughout the product life-cycle – in one nifty summary.

The sign-up is easy and free. Go to drippler.com, choose which gadget(s) you’d like to track, connect with your Facebook account, and start receiving information.  Check back on the ‘My Gadgets’ page for your customized information, or sit back and wait for the weekly update email of the products you are tracking. It’s great to track comparisons, price drops, recalls, rumors, software updates, and devices that aren’t widely covered in the media. User manuals can be found on the site as well.

Drippler, based out of Tel Aviv, Israel, was founded by Matan Talmi and Dotan Galron, who studied Electrical Engineering at Tel-Aviv University and worked together for the past 10 years. Right now, the site is in alpha, so the product catalog and number of available features is limited, yet growing.

Drippler was a runner up for the  Tech Cocktail Innovation Showcase at the CES Tweetup at the Space Quest Lounge, Las Vegas Hilton.
