Facebook Developer Garage DCWe are excited to hear that Facebook will be hosting it’s 2nd Facebook Developer Garage in Washington, D.C. on Monday, December 14th. Facebook Developer Garages are a place to explore, hack, get gritty, tinker, experiment, and test out ideas for Facebook Platform. Participation is key to your enjoyment of a Facebook Developer Garage event. So get your hands dirty with Facebook, and exploring fresh ideas and solutions it has to offer.

The event will be developer-focused, there will not be a marketing or business track. However, following the Developer Garage we are hoping to have a social event nearby where developers can mingle with D.C. organizations interested in building on Facebook platform. Also we are happy to welcome our friend David Recordon, Facebook’s Senior Open Programs Manager who is headlining the event. DC-based start-up Living Social will also be participating in the event along with SAIC.

If you are interested in attending you should RSVP on Facebook but the event is full so the first 160 event attendees will get a spot at the event on Monday. Good luck!

If you just want to mingle then we advise you to just come to the Developer Garage Happy Hour which starts at 5:30pm. See you there!
