FeeFighters Raises $1.6 Million In Funding

We are excited to hear the news today that Chicago-based startup FeeFighters (formerly TransFS) has raised a round of funding from Sandbox Industries, OCA Ventures, i2a Fund and Hyde Park Angels, 500Startups and Arizona Bay Technology Partners that totals $1.6 million dollars. We expect FeeFighters to use the money to continue to expand and market the product that helps small businesses compare credit-card processors.

We have been following FeeFighters along for awhile now since they were formerly TransFS. TransFS was a showcased startup at one of our classic Tech Cocktail Chicago mixer events back in February 2008. We also covered FeeFighters previously as they were part of the first class to come out of the Chicago-based seed incubator Excelerate Labs. Congrats to FeeFighters and we look forward to following their entrepreneurial journey.
