Find My iPhone Now Free to All iOS Device Owners

One of the best features that came with Apple’s MobileMe service was its Find My iPhone feature.   Not only did it allow users to locate their iPhone on a map , but it also gave users the ability to display a message or play a sound to help indicate to others that it was lost.  It even could initiate a remote wipe to protect your data.   Well now this capability will be available to all iPhone and iPad users for free with the release if  iOS 4.2.
