Launching Today: Google’s New Social Search – What Do You Love?

June 28, 2011

What Do You Love?

When Larry Page assumed the CEO reins of Google in April of this year, he made “social” Google’s top priority.  In doing so, and in an attempt to make his direction understood, he proceeded to link his employees’ bonuses to the company’s success in the space

Today, following on the heels of Google’s prior attempts to enter the social space such as Google Wave, Buzz, and +1, Google has launched a new search service: What Do You Love.

This new innovative search tool enable users to visualize a search’s results across many categories and sites such as Trends, SketchUp, Product Search, Books, Translate, YouTube and much, much more.

Take it for a spin.  If Google’s right this time, it’ll be something you love.
