Turning Failure Into Success with Gretchen Rubin of The Happiness Project

Gretchen Rubin has had amazing success with her 5th and most recent book, The Happiness Project. Of her previous books, some have succeeded while some never found an audience. When she took on her 5th book, she approached it differently: She found her audience ahead of time and leveraged the Web to build momentum, thus enabling the book to be an overnight success.
I got a chance to sit down with Gretchen as she shared some perspective on turning her failures into success as part of our Tech Cocktail Delivering Happiness at SXSW video interview series.
