Rooms are available in a variety of hotels at various rates, ranging from the Park Hyatt Hotel, right next door to Loyola, at $351 per night for a king, to the Loyola Residences, directly across the street from the conference at $132 for a twin. All hotels are within walking distance to the Conference and feature on-site restaurants. Parking is available at each hotel for an additional fee. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis up to one month prior to the conference. Note: Area hotels are quickly filling as an international medical conference commences in Chicago the following Monday and several participants are arriving early. W Hotel LakeshoreW Hotel Lakeshore, just offer of 644 North Lake Shore Drive (312-943-9200) this swanky hotel offers more of a scene in the lobby than in most hot lounges. If you are ok with staying a little further from the conference it will be worth your while. Rooms start at $249 but will be tougher to catch.




Loyola University Residences, Baumhart Hall, 26 East Pearson, Chicago, Illinois (773-508-8090) Rooms are available Wednesday, May 28 through Sunday, June 1 at $132 (single) for one person in a room with one twin bed and a private bath, or $99 (double) for two people in a room with two twin beds and a private bath. This new residence is directly across the street from the conference site and offers a coffee shop and fitness center.
