iMeet’s desktop-based system that allows you to host conference calls from your own virtual video meeting room. The meeting room has several personalization features, such as selecting the creative background for your meeting, and additional options that will be rolled out in the coming months.

In addition to personalizing the meeting iMeet room, each of the call participants has the opportunity to create an iMeet profile for themselves. Personal profiles include an avatar, a bio, and links to social networks. The ability to personalize bios is additionally meaningful as each of the call participants can see the live video stream of the others in the room throughout the call.

Each meeting allows for instant messaging to all, or a select number of participants, as well as the sharing of files through the platform – so not only can you host a video conference, but your attendees can follow along the information you are presenting.
