Interview Efficiently with VidAppy

June 12, 2011

VidAppy

In today’s crowded marketplace, job seekers want to be more than a piece of paper. Employers want that, too, because they don’t hire resumes, they hire people. Leesburg, VA-based VidAppy has created a solution for hiring the best job candidates with simple efficiency.

VidAppy is an asynchronous job interview application for the retail, grocery and food services industries. Because many job applicants in these industries are similarly qualified, the interview means everything to employers. VidAppy uses video and questionnaires to facilitate time-efficient interviews.

Walk-in job interviews consume massive amounts of time and disrupt workflow in sectors with high turnover rates. With VidAppy, employers can interview on their own schedule and in much less time. It’s the web’s first virtual career fair.

VidAppy improves the job hunting process for applicants as well. Job seekers used to gather and submit applications, send them off into an anonymous black hole on the web, and hopefully travel for an interview. VidAppy users can complete a simple profile and record their First Impression responses to common interview questions via web cam. VidAppy is simple and personal, and it’s all for free.

VidAppy will be featured at the Tech Cocktail DC Summer Mixer event, following our Mixology Conference on June 16, so be sure to check them out.

I wish more people would write sites like this that are actually helpful to read. With all the fluff floating around on the net, it is refreshing to read a site like yours instead.

  2. Right now OWS Protesters are just a nuisance in a few cities around the country. If you want all of America to take notice of you meet in one location. That would be DC. That’s where the laws are written and the money is past out. This is where the lobbyists come with there bags of money for you to write the laws and pass out the money. fashion trends
