Meet the Right People at Networking Events with TappedIn

Networking without thinking meets eHarmony for business at DC-based startup TappedIn.  In short, they pre-screen attendees at an event that they think you need to meet, allowing you to talk to the right people instead of random people.

Here’s how it works: Their pre-social application platform seamlessly integrates with EventBrite, where questions are inserted into the registration process.  A semantic matching engine then matches the needs of people attending networking events.  Relevant information about each person is compiled, and attendees are sent a matched list a few days before the event.

Founders Dahyu Patel and Zainab Zaki network a lot, and they knew there had to be a better, more efficient, and stress-free way to meet the right people the first time.   Thus TappedIn was born in January.
