Previewing Tech Cocktail Barcelona at MWC

With Mobile World Congress in full swing we are excited to be hosting a Tech Cocktail Barcelona event on Wednesday, February 17th, 2010. This is our first International event that has been brought to Barcelona with the help of former Chicago Tech Cocktailer Roberto Serrano who leads up the Android developer meet-ups in Barcelona.
With the event focused on amplifying mobile technology, the following 8 companies will be showcased and demo in an expo-style at the event:
bubiloop is a Barcelona, Spain based mobile directory where you find the latest Android, iPhone, Blackberry, WinMo, Symbian applications.
Genera Mobile develops mobile applications for a number of platforms including iPhone, Blackberry, Android and more, and has produced applications for WWE, Disney, Turner and more.
GraspEnglish is a Madrid, Spain based company offering language solutions for grasping new languages like English.
GreenRobot, the German-based mobile development company, will be demoing its popular casual game, KUMPA and a handful of other apps too.
LogMeIn will be showing off its remote access products for mobile devices and will be previewing its new Android smartphone innovations.
OpenPlug will be on hand to showcase its mobile development environment called ELIPS Studio 3. ELIPS Studio 3 offers software developers and creative designers a way to quickly develop and deploy rich mobile applications on multiple platforms.
SwiftKey a London-based company, created TouchType – an innovative text prediction software for mobile devices which utilizes advanced Natural Language Processing technology to provide users with a new and refreshing experience. TouchType will soon be offered for Android.
Transclick provides real-time translation software for mobile phones, messaging and collaboration systems. It allows you to communicate in 20 different languages.
