Sean Green of the SBA: Bring Consumer Apps to Education

December 13, 2011

Sean Green

During our Tech Cocktail Delivering Happiness at SXSW tour last spring, Frank Gruber talked to Sean Green, the Associate Administrator of the Small Business Administration.  He runs their investment and innovation program, so his job is solely focused on finding ways to help entrepreneurs grow their companies and build jobs.

Sean is not your run-of-the-mill bureaucrat – in the video below, you’ll see for yourself how excited he is about working with entrepreneurs.  He animatedly explains what it is about entrepreneurs that he loves, why he thinks one of the biggest opportunities going forward is in the educational space, and why startups need to ignore their investors over their customers.
