Social Media Hour: Filmmaking and Technology

This week Cathy delves into a a few perspectives on the movies with two talented filmmakers. First up, JD Disalvatore of The Smoking Cocktail (not to be confused with TECH cocktail) whose initial interview two weeks ago hit some technical snags. JD returns to the program talking about two films she’s just launched and the role of technology in doing so.
Also this week, Tiffany Shlain – long time filmmaker and founder of the Webby Awards, Tiffany talks about her latest project “Connected” and her recent spin as commencement speaker at UC Berkeley.
