I hereby declare Tech Cocktail DC to be the official pre-party for the 2008 Mid-Atlantic Business Plan Final Rounds, which are open to the public from 1 to 5 pm on Saturday, April 26th, at the ICC Auditorium on the campus of Georgetown University.
