The Contract Process Made Easy by Contractually

July 8, 2011

Contractually

If you’ve been screwed over by a client or vendor because you had a handshake rather than a contract, check out Vancouver-based startup Contractually, whose goal is to take the pain out of the contract process for startups and freelancers.

You can use their contract forms or yours, negotiate and fill out the contract online with other parties, and e-sign the contract to complete the deal. The signed contracts are then automatically organized for later retrieval by all parties.

Their streamlined process keeps everyone in the loop without confusing email threads and the hassle of faxing/scanning/couriering contracts back and forth. And if, like most new companies, you can’t afford a lawyer to draft NDAs, customer agreements, and independent contractor agreements, Contractually provides a contract-making application.

Contractually is one of our featured startups at Tech Cocktail Vancouver tomorrow night, so be sure to stop by and check out how easy it is to use this great service.
