Tweetsgiving for Epic Change
Tweetsgiving is coming soon and you can be a part of it. Tweetsgiving for Epic Change is a global celebration that seeks to help build classrooms for students in Tanzania. Last year, Tweetsgiving raised $10,000 in about four days by leveraging the power of social networks and people’s gratitude. This year, there will be local events across the World that you can be a part of.
For example, Washington, D.C. the local Tweetsgiving is being hosted by Thankfulfor.com, Social Media Club DC (SMC-DC), Young Association Professionals (YAP) and NextGenWeb at a happy hour to celebrate the D.C. metro technology and social media community and to support Tweetsgiving. Similar events are being hosted in other communities as well and here are a few of the big ones:

Boulder
New York
Los Angeles
San Francisco
