What does this have to do with technology? To call attention to National Oatmeal Day, Quaker Oats embraced the food truck craze and took to the streets of Chicago to deliver oatmeal to folks around the Chicagoland area. We’ve seen the food truck craze come through DC, LA, Chicago and New York, and startups like thestrEATS and others have taken note and put together a business to help fuel the passion for street vendor food trucks.
